make-up lessons
Sometimes things come up, kids get sick, school sports have last minute schedules...
At Rockwell we know life is unpredictable and we strive to be flexible with those who are committed to coming often. We require 48-hours notice in order to reschedule a lesson without charging you. If you are unable to give us at least 48 hours notice, you may use a make-up option (if your plan allows) to stay on track. When your plan expires, unused makeup lessons may be used as bonus lessons, effectively extending the length of your plan.
